I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I specialize in working with adults whom have distressing symptoms related to traumatic memories, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. I offer a variety of treatment approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and other trauma-specific treatment modalities.
